When you visit and sign up to any online Cal jobs board be sure to set up an email alert of new jobs fitting the criteria you specify, in fact in MPUG you should choose the Job Alerts tab, then fill out the form. The Alert Name allows you to specify a title for a specific type of search alert, such as all jobs in a given locale or that include a keyword in the job description. Once you’re done setting up the alert details, click “Create Job Alert.” Each alert will be included in a list that appears at the top of the page.

Start job hunting by February because the good internships go fast. Sometimes they require good grades and essays also for you to be even considered for the internship. While this one doesn’t have much to do with your degree, it can be a lucrative career choice. Many insurance companies only require a bachelor’s degree in any area to become an insurance adjuster. These jobs usually have a high salary and great benefits. Check out the websites of insurance companies you’d like to work for to search for openings.
